Technical Product Manager
Own the product roadmap end to end for a live enterprise platform, prioritizing across five functional areas (payroll, budget, grants, invoicing, banking) rather than a single feature.
Write product requirements and take them straight through to delivery, operating as both product owner and engineering team.
Balance speed and precision using AI-assisted development, shipping production features (including an AI-based OCR feature and a live banking integration for automated payments) at a pace that would normally need a small engineering team.

Supported DTU's flagship startup incubator course, mentoring early-stage teams on pitching, product design, business models, and go-to-market strategy, and giving structured feedback that helped several ideas turn into real ventures.
