01 · AboutThe full picture

Not one thing.
Not just a developer.
Not just a manager.

Originally from Romania, I moved to Denmark at 18 to study Computer Science. Never stopped moving. From Aalborg to Copenhagen, from code to product, from festival backstages to startup war rooms.

This site is not a polished résumé. It is a map of how I think: fast, cross-disciplinary, and always oriented toward the user.

Built things
from scratch.
Twice.

During my studies I co-founded two ventures, diving in before I felt fully ready and learning faster than any classroom could teach. It was about shipping, iterating, and staying close to users.

Messy? Sometimes. Fun and rewarding? Always.

Product Manager & Full-Stack Developer

Sole contributor owning the full product lifecycle (user research, roadmapping, UX design, development, and DevOps) for a theater management platform serving non-technical end users at Divadlo Bravo! in Prague. Shipped data-heavy modules: payroll computation, budget tracking, grant reporting, expense and invoice management, and a bank integration enabling automated batch payments. Cut roughly a full day of manual admin work per week by re-engineering workflows, and leveraged AI to compress idea-to-production cycles, delivering at multi-engineer pace as a team of one.

06 · FestivalsHigh-pressure operations

Where chaos
meets
execution.

Every summer, I trade the office for a festival. The controlled chaos, split-second decisions, and the satisfaction of thousands of people having a great time with no idea how much coordination it took.

This is not a hobby I mention in passing. It is proof I operate at full speed under pressure.

I'm actively looking for product manager and designer roles, ideally somewhere that values breadth as much as depth. If that sounds like your team, I'd love to hear from you.
