Product Manager & Full-Stack Developer
Own the product for a live theater management platform, partnering directly with staff across departments, box office, administration, artistic, to turn real workflows into shipped features. Cover discovery, roadmapping, and UX myself, and build the product myself too when that's the fastest path to shipping.
Shipped payroll computation, budget tracking, grant reporting, expense and invoice management, and a bank integration for automated batch payments, cutting roughly a full day of manual admin work per week and improving data accuracy across the board.

Teaching Assistant — X-Tech Entrepreneurship
Supported DTU's flagship startup incubator course, mentoring early-stage teams on pitching, product design, business models, and go-to-market strategy, and giving structured feedback that helped several ideas turn into real ventures.
Assistant Product Manager & Scrum Master
Managed product backlogs and refined user stories, kept development aligned with measurable business goals, and introduced estimation techniques and agile ceremonies that improved sprint predictability. Acted as the day-to-day bridge between stakeholders and engineering, reducing misalignment and rework.
A wide toolkit, deeply used.

Built things from scratch. Twice.
During my studies I co-founded two startups, diving in before I felt fully ready and learning faster than any classroom could teach. Both were about shipping fast, staying close to users, and iterating in the open.
Led a cross-functional team from idea to launch using Agile and Design Thinking, running user testing and market research to validate decisions and refine the roadmap based on early adopter feedback.

Not just a product manager.
Not just a developer.
I'm Romanian born and moved to Denmark at 18 to study Computer Science. Since then I've worked across code, product, and live event operations, from Aalborg to Copenhagen to Prague. This site is focused on the product management side of that: how I turn ambiguous problems into shipped, measurable outcomes. I still write code when it's the fastest way to get something built, but that's a tool in service of the product, not a separate identity competing for your attention here.

Where chaos meets execution.
Every summer, I trade the office for a festival. I love the controlled chaos, the split-second decisions, the satisfaction when thousands of people have a great time and have no idea how much coordination it took.

I'm actively looking for product manager and designer roles, ideally somewhere that values breadth as much as depth. If that's your team, I'd love to hear from you.
